St. Mary Magdalene School and Parish are pleased to announce the opening of a comprehensive Early Childhood Program at the St. Agnes campus, beginning August 2026.


This expansion supports our mission to provide high‑quality, faith‑centered education for young learners and strengthens the ongoing unification of St. Agnes and St. Mary Magdalene Parishes.

We’re excited to connect with families as we expand our Early Childhood Program. If you’d like to learn more or share your interest, please complete the Inquiry Form below and return it to our school office or email it to our Preschool Director. We also have a detailed FAQ sheet available—be sure to check it out for answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Our Approach to Learning

At St. Mary Magdalene, we embrace the Creative Curriculum, a research-based approach that fosters hands-on exploration and discovery. Our focus areas include:

  • Social & Emotional Growth – Encouraging independence, confidence, and friendships.

  • Cognitive Development – Building early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills.

  • Faith-Based Learning – Incorporating Catholic values through stories, prayers, and songs.

Tuition, Grants & How to Apply

We believe every child deserves access to a strong, faith‑centered early learning experience. To support families, St. Mary Magdalene offers affordable tuition options and several income‑based grants for the 2026–2027 school year.

 

Tuition Options:

Our Early Childhood Program provides flexible options for young learners:

  • Full‑Day Preschool: $650 per month

  • 2.5‑Year‑Old Full Day: $650 per month

  • 2.5‑Year‑Old Part Time : $425 per month

 

Grant Opportunites:

​We also offer several grant programs to assist families who meet the income guidelines. These state‑funded and income‑based programs can help reduce the cost of preschool tuition for qualifying families.

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Grant - Offered to students who are 3 years old by July 1, 2026. This state‑funded grant helps eligible families cover a portion of preschool tuition.

  • Early Start Columbus (ESC) Grant - Available to students who turn 4 before the start of the school year. This is an additional income‑based grant that provides tuition support for qualifying families.

  • Publicly Funded Child Care (PFCC) - Available for eligible 2.5‑year‑old students who meet the state income requirements.

How to apply:

  • Complete the Preschool Enrollment Form for the 2026-2027 school year. Forms are available in English and Spanish.

  • Interested in financial assistance? Families who wish to apply for a grant must meet the income guidelines and provide required documentation.
