Mrs. Kane's Principal's Corner

Dear St. Mary Magdalene Families and Friends,

Welcome to St. Mary Magdalene, a vibrant Catholic school community where faith, academic excellence, and service come together to inspire students from Preschool through Grade 8. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, we are committed to nurturing the whole child—academically, spiritually, socially, and morally—while preparing students to thrive in an ever-changing world. As principal, I am deeply honored to serve alongside our community.

At St. Mary Magdalene, we believe that every child is a unique gift from God. Our dedicated faculty and staff work in partnership with families to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to discover their talents, grow in confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

This school year, our theme is "Bloom Where God Plants You." Inspired by God's call to trust in His plan, this theme reminds us that wherever He places us, we are invited to grow in faith, wisdom, and love.  Every lesson learned, every act of kindness shown, and every challenge overcome becomes part of God's beautiful work within our students.

Whether you are already part of our school family or exploring educational opportunities for your child, I invite you to visit our campus, meet our incredible faculty and staff, and experience firsthand what makes St. Mary Magdalene such a special place where every child is known, valued, challenged ,and loved.

May God continue to bless you and your family, and may this school year be filled with abundant growth, joyful learning, and countless opportunities to bloom!

In Christ's Name,

Leigh Kane, Principal
