2026-2027 Tuition and Student Service Fee Information
Base Tuition: $6,800 per child
The tuition price reflects the cost of your child’s academic education and classroom instruction.
Student Service Fee: $450 per child
The Student Service Fee covers religious education materials, workbooks, and other required classroom resources. The Student Service Fee is due by June 1, unless you are paying through the online payment plan.
Total Tuition & Fee Amount: $7,250 per child
Educational Choice (EdChoice) Scholarship
The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students from designated public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program also provides students who are entering kindergarten through 12th grade scholarship opportunities based on their household income level.
The EdChoice Scholarship Program provides tuition assistance to families through two types of scholarships: Traditional (Location-Based) and Expansion (Income-Based).

FACTS Financial Aid Program
26-27 FACTS Financial Aid
Our school partners with FACTS Management to process financial aid applications for the 2026–2027 school year. Financial aid is awarded based on demonstrated financial need, and all applications are completed online through the FACTS Financial Aid portal.

Please note: Financial aid decisions are made by the Diocese, not FACTS.
Required Supporting Documents
To complete your application, FACTS requires the following documentation (as applicable):

Federal tax return (Form 1040) with all schedules

If applicant and co-applicant file separately, both returns are required

W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both applicant and co-applicant

Documentation for non-taxable income, if applicable

(Social Security, child support, food stamps, TANF, workers’ compensation, etc.)

If self-employed or reporting additional income, FACTS may require:

Schedule C, E, or F

K-1 forms
-
Business, farm, rental, or partnership documentation

If you are applying before all documents are available, please submit them as soon as they become available.
IRS Integration (Optional)
FACTS offers an IRS Integration feature that allows eligible families to securely transfer tax information directly from the IRS, reducing the need to upload tax documents and speeding up processing.
To use this feature:

You must have an IRS.gov account

Your personal information must match your IRS profile

IRS Integration is currently available for 1040 tax forms only
Important Information

A non-refundable application fee may be required by FACTS

Applications typically take up to two weeks to process once all documents are submitted

Deadlines are set by the school, not FACTS

Families can log in to their FACTS account at any time to check application status
All documents uploaded to FACTS are securely imaged upon receipt and then destroyed.
Kremer Foundation Grant
The Kremer Foundation Grant provides additional tuition assistance to low-income families. This grant is separate from FACTS and EdChoice, offering further financial relief for qualifying families.

Applications are sent directly to families from the school.

The application will include a list of required documents and information needed for submission.

Families must return completed applications by the deadline to be considered.
